Gustus, Urbani Tartufi presents three novelties: Truffle Ice Cream, new retail line and Truffle Gold

It was held in Naples from 20 to 22 November the Gustus fair, the professional exhibition of agrifood and quality food and wine, officially selected by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture as the only reference fair in the center-south. This second edition saw a turnout of more than 12% compared to last year. Three days of work, over 8,000 visitors and the prominent presences of the president of the ICE Riccardo Maria Monti and the mayor of Naples Luigi de Magistris, who appreciated the always innovative robe of Urbani and the success always uphill. Urbani Tartufi, with a spectacular show cooking, has presented three of the latest innovations that have already received great international success:

  • TRUFFLE ICE CREAM – the first semifreddo in the world with real white truffle, born from the collaboration between Urbani Tartufi and chef Nino Cannavale
  • NEW RETAIL LINE – new products with new packaging entirely dedicated to the high quality gastronomies
  • TRUFFLE GOLD – already presented with great success at the Sial in Paris are small pieces of black truffle covered with gold food
