The top 3 chefs in the world of the ranking “The World’s 50 Best Restaurant” and the icon of the master confectioners, together for an event that shone in the glittering Broadway in New York. Massimo Bottura, a name that makes the industry experts bow, restaurant owner of Osteria Francescana, restaurant that ranked first among the 50 best restaurants in the world. Joan Roca, the acclaimed culinary genius owner of the award-winning El Celler de Can Roca restaurant, three Michelin stars from 2009 and second in the renowned ranking. Its cuisine balances tradition and innovation, with the mastery of a brilliant technique that transforms genuine flavors into an unforgettable emotional experience.¬†Mauro Colagreco, the first chef not French to receive the “Chef of the Year” award in the influential Gault Millau guide. Owner and founder of the restaurant Mirazur, Milestone achieved after working with the heavyweight of Michelin star Bernard Loiseau, Alain Passard and Alain Ducasse. Third place in the ranking “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants”.¬†Christina Tosi, famous American pastry chef, twice winner of the James Beard Award.
