The new Euro Toques Italia 2016 guide has been released, which collects the detailed cards of the best european cooks. The presentation of the 2016 edition of the Guide was held at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia in Milan on December 20th, where a large gala dinner was organized for the occasion. The Urbani Tartufo, always at the side of the most brilliant chefs, is presented with a dedicated page in the 2016 edition. Many guests present at the evening, including the well-known figures of the sector such as Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi (honorary president and founder of Euro Toques), Enrico Derflingher (president of Euro Toques International and Italy) and Rocco Pozzulo (president of FIC-Italian Federation cooks).
