Urbani Truffles protagonist of the Winter Fancy Food 2016

At the start of this year the Winter Fancy Food, an event that for years has seen Urbani project in the international panorama in a union of emotions and intentions that binds the Italian headquarters to the American one in New York.

This month Olga Urbani, ownership/management of Urbani Tartufi, visited Urbani Truffles in New York on the occasion of the Winter Fancy food, an event that once again starred the company with a large exhibition space personally arranged , with passion, from those who have always represented one of the gastronomic excellencies of the event. Foie gras with truffles, Melotti risotto with truffle, Neapolitan pizza with truffle, truffles salami, are just some of the delicacies that the city has proposed. An appointment that emphasizes the love that has always pushed urban to innovate and renew, looking more and more, to share with the whole world the scent of its own history. This trip was also an opportunity to launch new products on the market, visit important American partners, discuss new projects and share the commitment and passion that has always distinguished urban “all around the world”.
