Pizza Sabrina

The Sabrina it is made with two type flour Imported from Italy

  • flour type 0 and type 1 fermented for 4 days

In top the dough we put with truffle cream from Urbani

  • homemdade Four Cheese (caciocavallo ragusano, parmigiano reggiano, crescenza and water bufalo mozzarella)
  • 4 slice imported salami golfetta

And after cook in wood fired oven we topped with fresh black Truffle Urbani

The pizza del Re it is made with two type flower Imported from Italy

  • flour type 0 and type 1 fermented for 4 days


In top the dough we put with truffle cream from Urbani

  • Mix Mushrooms (Cremini. Shiitake and champignon)
  • Homemade fresh Mozzarella


And after cook in wood fired oven, we topped with four slice off imported prosciutto di Parma

We make the buratta with curd from Green bay Wisconsin

We filling with home made Stracciatella And withe truffle cream urbani And truffle carpaccio Urbani
