The truffle tart was one of the best dishes that I have ever eaten to this day, it’s very luxurious but very simple yet a real mouth explosion of flavours.
It’s really the best dish to say that I can associate with Chef Joel Robuchon.
It’s very precise in its execution and the taste is out of this world, extraordinary is what comes to mind. The sheer expense in time & preparation is also why I think of this tart and Joel Robuchon.
It’s a timeless classic that looks very simply, it’s an artwork like a Monet or Picasso you stare at it in wonder in disbelief.
